I was born and raised in Eugene, OR where I spent my childhood roaming the forest behind my house. I attended the University of Oregon where I graduated with a degree in public relations.
When I was 10 my parents bought me my first horse. Ever since, horses have been a huge part of my life. I was involved in both 4H and Oregon High School Equestrian Team, as well as local and regional quarter horse shows. While in college, I joined the U of O Equestrian Team and spent a great deal of time perfecting my equitation skills. Riding horses will always be a passion of mine and it has taught me invaluable lessons and earned me lifelong friends.
When I am not at the barn I like to cook and get outside for a camping trip or a day hike with my dog, Rosco.
